Boynton Yards is a visionary, transit-oriented mixed-use district in Somerville that marries innovation, culture, and community. Anchored just outside Cambridge’s Kendall Square and seamlessly connected to Boston via the MBTA Green Line, it spans approximately 3 million square feet and is purpose-built for the life-science sector within the region’s leading biotech supercluster. The masterplan envisions four Class-A laboratory buildings, over 400 modern residences, a cultural arts center, and more than two acres of thoughtfully designed public green space.
Early phases already delivered include 101 South Street, the first lab building now fully leased with integrated retail and creative space, and 808 Windsor Street, an 11-story LEED Platinum life-science R&D building featuring spec suites, amenities like a gym and bike storage, and adjacent to a vibrant new civic park.
